Terms of Service

1. The service

QueueBond OS is a workspace for grid-access capital work: it keeps a project's public source identity, evidence, review, capital and security position and issued reports together. The service is operated by the party named in the footer of this page.

2. Accounts and access

• Access is by invitation. A QueueBond operator links your Google account to a client organization; signing in without an invitation shows you what is missing.
• Sign-in is Google-only. QueueBond does not issue, store or recover passwords.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
• Access to a client organization is managed by that organization and by QueueBond.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another organization, or to circumvent the authorization and isolation controls.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to submit, or use the service to break the law.
• Respect the usage terms of any public data source; QueueBond ingests source data only through permitted mechanisms.

4. Customer responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the documents and values you submit, and for having the right to submit them.
• You are responsible for reviewing decisions, reviews and reports before relying on them for a commercial, legal or regulatory purpose.
• You must keep at least one Client Admin on your organization so the workspace is not locked out.

5. Service limitations

• QueueBond is an information and workflow tool. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
• Where a value is not recorded, QueueBond reports it as Unknown; an unknown value is never treated as zero.
• QueueBond does not provide predictive accuracy guarantees. It records what was expected and what actually happened; it does not forecast outcomes.
• Public source data can be unavailable, delayed or incomplete, and coverage of any market depends on the mechanisms that market permits.
• High-confidence automation may classify, route and deduplicate, but it never creates authoritative customer state on its own.

6. Third-party and source dependencies

The service depends on third parties, including Supabase (database, authentication and storage) and Google (sign-in), and on public grid-source material. Their availability and terms affect the service. QueueBond does not control them.

7. Intellectual property

QueueBond and its underlying software, models and interface are owned by the operator. You retain ownership of the documents and data you submit; you grant QueueBond the use needed to operate the service for you (store, process, extract, review and report on your data within your organization).

8. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. QueueBond does not state a service-level guarantee here; any availability commitment must be agreed separately and is subject to legal review.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. The operator may suspend or end access, including for misuse or non-payment where payment applies. Where access ends, the retention and deletion process described in the Privacy Policy applies: mutable data is removed on request, and the append-only audit history is retained.

10. Liability and warranty

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — the enforceable warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability must be drafted and reviewed by counsel for the operator's jurisdiction. The service is offered without a warranty stated here, and no liability cap is fabricated.

11. Governing law

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — the governing law and dispute-resolution terms are not finalised and depend on the operator's legal entity, which is not yet configured.
